| Microstrategy Developer Who We Are: Project X Ltd. is a boutique advisory and implementation firm that assists corporations with the challenge of leveraging technology to create business value. We are currently engaged in a number of challenging projects in the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence area. These projects are multi-phase with many of them projected to continue over the next 12-18 months. As a result, we need MICROSTRATEGY Developers interested in sub-contractor arrangements or regular full time. What We Are Looking For: The MICROSTRATEGY Developers will work with business users to determine their reporting and query requirements. With a clear understanding of the requirements, they will work with Analysts and Developers to deliver solutions that support the business needs. This will involve report/query design, development and testing using MICROSTRATEGY tools. Once the reports and queries are complete, the Developer will assist with implementing them into the user’s desktop. Expected Skills: 2+ years developing MICROSTRATEGY queries and reports of medium to high complexity Demonstrated experience in working with business users to define and confirm requirements Solid understanding of data models and database (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or Teradata) navigation Experience with Narrowcast Server, Architect, Intelligence Server and other MICROSTRATEGY components is highly desirable.
