Business Development Specialist (Inside Sales)

Overview: As a Business Development Specialist (BDS) you will be responsible for accurately capturing and qualifying leads and effectively managing a sales pipeline. You will achieve success through a combination of Internet research, data profiling, marketing activities, and most importantly - cold calling. The successful candidate must be comfortable speaking with Fortune 1000, small and medium business customers - from users to CEOs!

Qualifications:

- Experience selling business solutions in a consultative manner; evidence of success in achieving quotas

- 2-5 years sales or lead generation experience, preferably in software IT solution sales

- An ability to develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with senior decision-makers

- Experience with contact management software and web based research tools an asset

- A degree in business or technology

- A positive attitude and the drive to succeed!!
