This is not: High pressure Auto dialing Boil room Telemarketing job Truly an inside sales career / outbound calls / where you are only making 72 calls a day. Successful telemarketers, looking for a professional environment, with B2B experience out bound calls need only to apply. All phone calls are B2B to profiled companies... no cold calling. You must have a great command of the English language and enjoy presenting over the phone. These are not high pressure sales calls, however you are expected to meet a strict quota. We are a leader in the filtration and bottle-less water cooler industry and are currently looking for hard working; career oriented inside sales representatives to grow with the strongest sales force in the industry. Our team strongly promotes individual and group success. Our sales team members earn excellent commissions with a base salary. We provide individuals with the necessary training and support to excel in our field. All telephone calls / leads are pre-qualified by our research team. This is strictly a B2B telephone sales position. Anticipated salary for full time sales staff (base salary + bonuses) is $40k to $55k plus for year 1, however there is No Cap to the money you can earn. WE OFFER: Guaranteed Base + Commission Bonus Fully Paid Training – Start Making Income Immediately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – No Weekend or Evening Work Keel and Highway 7 (public transportation / bus stop in front of office / easy highway access) YOU HAVE: 2 years continual experience at a minimum within a role such as: Telemaketing, Inside Sales, Outside sales, New Business Development, Cold Call Sales… All contacts are within the Business to Business Market… No Residential Calling.
