SALARY RANGE Base 40-45K w/potential to double in commission

HOURS OF WORK 8:30am to 5:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES Matching applicants to positions – all permanent jobs. Resume mining, attracting job seekers. Prescreening, interviewing, reference checking,
Arranging interviews, giving feedback. Selling to prospective employers, presenting candidates, presentations/visits to customers, cold calling, maintaining and building relationships, Developing and working with a business plan.

IDEAL CANDIDATE Sales experience – corporate. Sense of urgency, multitasked, outgoing, well groomed, people person, customer service driven, competitive, motivated by money/competitive edge. Able to handle stress – engaging!

IMPORTANT QUALITY Determination. Enjoy a challenge.
