| Dynamic Sales Supervisor - American Express Are you a motivated self starter with direct sales experience who is looking for that next great career opportunity? Are you a natural leader and have a proven track record in motivating and leading a result driven sales team? Are you driven to succeed and understand what it takes to work for the world's most respected service brand? We are currently in search of a tenacious sales supervisor to represent our client American Express and successfully lead a team of sales professionals What you will bring to our Team Minimum 5 years sales experience in a direct sales environment Minimum 2 years experience in a sales management position, managing a team of 5+ Proven track record in leading a successful sales team (hit designed quota’s/targets) Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring capabilities in all aspects of the sales process (Qualifying, overcoming objections, closing etc.) Successful implementation of procedures and policies while managing a team Experience in managing a remote team is an asset Self-directed/self-managed discipline Ability to think on your feet Driven to exceed expectations and outperform your environment Strong entrepreneurial spirit Creative problem solver who is able to tackle multiple priorities What's in it for you? Principle Responsibilities: Manage a sales team including performance management Delivering reports and analysis against the business plan set forth by the client Coach and mentor sales professionals to exceed sales targets Conduct training through joint calls and one on ones to improve sales effectiveness Involved in planning and executing of regional team and client meetings Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with all key client contacts This role is currently located in the Greater Toronto area, preferably based out of Etobicoke. | |
