Junior Sales Representative We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, enjoys dealing with people, has strong communication skills and has a desire to succeed. A Junior Sales representative will be required deal with resellers and customers. This position emphasizes the need for a high volume of phone contact appealing to those coming from a telemarketing industry. Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Contact and/or respond to resellers and customers via phone and email 2.Assist in sales process with Senior staff 3.Maintain a contact/opportunity/revenue log 4.Communicate with Channel Manager(s) on accounts 5.Update customer information in CRM 6.Comfortable giving presentations 7.Prepare reports 8.Other responsibilities as needed Requirements: 1.Must have a positive and friendly phone manner (Multilingual a benefit) 2.Exceptional English speaking communication skills are a must 3.Experience working with CRM systems 4.Previous telephone sales experience would be preferred 5.Moderate technical depth
