| Rehabilitation Support Worker Job Description To provide part-time community support to a 21 year old young man with an acquired brain injury, who resides at home in the Cobourg area. Job Duties • Directing and facilitating client’s participation in activities of daily living. This will include domestic, social, leisure, volunteer and possibly employment activities • Communicating and coordinating daily routine with client's family • Transporting client to activities as required Qualifications • University graduate with a degree in either behavioral sciences, health sciences, social work or education • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends • Interest in acquiring knowledge base in behavioural management of acquired brain injury • Reliable vehicle and insurance in place for client transportation Remuneration • Competitive hourly wage and remuneration of car kilometre expenses Availability • Immediately | |
