MARKETING Coordinator – SALES ADMINISTRATION

Position: MARKETING Coordinator – SALES ADMINISTRATION
Location: Mississauga
Salary: 25k (Part Time)

Primary Responsibilities
Trade shows registration and organization including booth design.
Promotional materials and data sheet revision, production and printing
Direct mailing campaigns and email campaigns
Radio and print publicity and advertising.
Website update and content revision
Yearly customer surveys and testimonials for posting on the website.
Software version update release materials for distribution
Workshop coordination and event planning
Customer satisfaction surveys after every installation.
Promotional gift distribution and purchasing
Competitive analysis and competitor information update.
Sales order process & procedure development
Proposal writing for Sales products
Price Book maintenance
Assist in the collection of the accounts when necessary
Responsible for the coordination of Salesforce and its database including new directories.
Daily reporting for management

Job Qualifications
At least 2 years prior business experience
Must have knowledge of Front Page
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Strong communications and writing skills.
Able to work accurately and neatly.
Strong administrative abilities.
