QA/Test Lead for UAE VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India. VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for QA/Test Lead for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Qualifications and Required Skills: • Candidate needs to have 6yrs of IT with 3+yrs as QA Test Lead experience. • Supporting the testing & development of solution based on Microsoft .NET Framework and MOSS 2010 Technologies; • The ideal candidate should have contributed to and led teams in delivering products/services to customers managing the test discipline. • Individual should have a proven track record as a key leader in consistently managing and delivering Testing activities through complete software development lifecycle. • Experience with test methodologies, Test frameworks and Test tools • Candidate should be excellent communication skills to influence peers, customers, and the team and possess a demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries. • Plan, Conduct and Lead UAT sessions • Strong and in-depth experience in delivering testing projects , doing Functional and Non Functional Testing. • Lead cross-functional QA efforts, driving quality practices into work products throughout the lifecycle of a project. • Hands on experience in the area of Test Automation including experience of planning and setting up automation frameworks. • Experience in building quality management metrics; database management of bug incidents; evaluation of software to design and usability standards, test case writing efficiency, test case executing efficiency. • Ability to work and participate in multi team/discipline setting with collaborative communication style • Should have experience working in onsite /offshore model • Expert-level experience with QA function within agile development environment • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Excellent problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills. • Holds regular 1:1s with FTE employees; takes time to learn about and understand direct reports career goals. • Arabic speaker. Terms and conditions: Joining time frame: maximum 4 weeks The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading organization in UAE.
