Sr. Account Executive MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES  Participate in prospect identification and target portfolio definition.  Develop a detailed business plan for their vertical  Develop, implement and maintain enterprise-wide account strategy that supports our product lines.  Define and structure specific programs with customers and formalize contracts.  Collaborate with Client Solutions and Operations functions to communicate client requirements and facilitate the development of appropriate workflows and or solutions.  Accountable for customer and company contract performance - adjust service levels as needed; conduct periodic business reviews with customer
