We currently have an opening for a polished, organized and efficient individual with strong administrative skills to work as an Executive Assistant within our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administrative activities as required
• Serve as the first point of contact for the Executive and troubleshoot when necessary
• Screen telephone calls/e-mails and respond to and direct enquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings; this may include organization of catering and other logistics where required
• May have responsibility for taking minutes, and distributing necessary agendas and information required in a timely manner
• Assistance in preparation of reports/presentations as required

Qualifications

• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
• Technical skills in such software as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, etc., as well as various types of office equipment
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive administrative experience
• Some experience working with Senior Executives preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem solving abilities
• Post-Secondary Qualifications Required
