Gearbox/Transmission/Aggregate Mechanic * Experienced in dissassembly, repair, and rebuild of gearboxes or transmissions * Can identify and replace broken or worn parts, such as bands, gears, seals, valves, etc., and adjust pumps, bands, and gears as required * Installs repaired gearbox, and fills it with appropriate fluids, adjusts operating linkages and tests operation on test stands The successful candidates should have the following characteristics: * Self-motivated and punctual * Detail-oriented and precise, taking pride in personal work * Works well both independently and in a team atmosphere * Communicates well with co-workers & superiors * Eager to learn and adapt in a continuously improvement environment * Experience in the labeling industry is very desirable
