Project Cost Controller

- University degree with significant experience in construction, cost control and estimating
- Working knowledge of all project management disciplines, and exposure to accounting, finance, economics, procurement, contract administration and labour legislation
- Cost control experience with large projects
- Proficient with PM+, including PM+ Cost Control module
- Capable of driving the cost control process with minimal guidance
- Self-starter, capable of training others, detail-oriented
- Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, problem solving and organizational skills
