HR Clerk

We are currently recruiting for HR Clerks to work on future contracts within the federal government.

Duties:
* To liaise with central agencies in order to provide information, reports and documents in a timely fashion way.
* To liaise with the different INAC regional offices (11 regions) in order to obtain and/or provide information, files, documents, reports in a timely fashion way.
* To develop Project Charters (Gantt Charts), using MS Project, for all monitoring activities in order to track activities and monitor work in progress.
* To develop and implement administrative procedures, process for the Quality Assurance Unit.
* To provide, plan and monitor all administrative services for the Quality Assurance Unit.
* To compose correspondence, e-mails to different stakeholders, regional offices and central agencies.
* To create spreadsheets using Excel, in order to establish samples for all monitoring activities.

Requirements:
** Enhanced reliability
** Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required, of which, 1 year of relevant experience with the federal government
* Experience in providing administrative services to a minimum of 6 people.
* Experience in using MS Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Experience in developing Project Charters (Gantt Charts) using MS Project and conducting follow-up using these charters
* Experience in using an HR system (preferably HRMS)
* Experience in writing correspondence in both official languages (French-English)
* Secondary school diploma is required
Education Asset: Certificate, diploma, or degree in administration (business, office, public, etc), financial management, business or related field from a recognized post secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training

Abilities:
* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload and work under pressure
* Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
* Contractor requires being fluent in both official languages (French-English)
* Client Service Oriented
* Attention to details

Mandatory Criteria:
