Summary:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is responsible for assisting our Distribution Team in reaching daily production targets. This may include manually picking required products and assembling them on pallets for shipping, assisting with clean up between shifts and handling incoming and outgoing freight manually and by power operated tow motor.



Qualifications:

·Reliable and hardworking
·Demonstrate a willingness to learn
·Effective verbal and written communication skills



Key Responsibilities:

·Accurately picking, preparing and loading food & packaging orders for shipment
·Performing housekeeping duties while operating to maintain a clean and safe environment
·Learning other warehouse functions
·Participating in continuous improvement activities on-shift
·Following Good Manufacturing Practices at all times.
Following all safety policies and procedures as well as partaking in health and safety training
·Other duties as assigned



Nice to Have:

·Forklift and tow motor skills
·Previous warehouse experience.
·Previous experience with Radio Frequency scanning unit.



Please note this is a full-time position specific to the night shift on a continental shift schedule.
