| Sr. Quality Trainer (Automotive) Navigation Solutions LLC is looking for a Senior Quality Trainer to work at our Toronto facility. The candidate will be responsible for working as part of the Operations Team to support overall field quality and training objectives. Identifies process improvement opportunities through use of initial and ongoing training of field personnel and site audit activities using acceptable failure analysis methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess an Associates degree in electronics or relevant discipline or satisfactory combination of formal education and work experience. Formal training in conflict resolution is a plus. Good decision making and leadership skills including setting proper task priorities, effectively managing time and company resources. Excellent customer relation skills and problem solving techniques. Solid computer skills including MS Excel. Must currently possess or be able to pass MECP and NavSol certification exams within 90 days on the job. Position Requirements: •Minimum of 3 years experience in 12-volt mobile installations •Knowledge of basic GPS functionality •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some locations may require specific technical writing skills. •Ability to work well with others •Capable of setting proper task priorities and efficiently managing time and company resources •Ability to meet physical demands of the job with or without accommodation including bending, twisting, kneeling, working in close confinement of automobiles, and working outdoors in all types of weather •Travel is required. Estimated at 60% of work hours. •Experience in a fleet environment is a plus This position will be long-term indefinite contract, so looking for someone that wants a long term opportunity. | |
