Bilingual Customer Service Representative-Call Center

The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for providing technical support to clients by consulting, identifying technical concerns, collecting information, and providing a solution.

Responsibilities:
.Handle all incoming calls from merchants, outbound calls for follow-up.
.Follow guides and manuals to assist with the solution process.
.Ensure client satisfaction.
.Accurately document, track, and maintain log.
.Ensure CRM system is accurate and utilized effectively and efficiently.
.Qualify and channel customer inquires to the correct department.

Requirements:
.Must be able to work Monday-Sunday, 8:00am - 12:00pm, rotating schedule.
.Must have Help Desk or Technical Call Centre experience.
.Excellent English/French verbal and written communication skills.
.Computer proficiency.
