| Millwright Industrial Mechanics / Millwrights install, maintain and repair hydraulic equipment, mechanical drives, conveying systems, overhead cranes and pumps, and carry out precision alignments. The wide range of equipment types and diversity of our processes provides opportunity to utilize the full range of industrial mechanical skills. Position Requirements: • A Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) is a prerequisite • Experience with maintenance of pumps, valves and piping. • Experience with mechanical seals and packing for pumps. • Experience with maintenance of hydraulics systems. • Experience with shaft alignment, belt and pulley systems, and bearings • Experience with maintenance of conveyor systems • Experience with oxy-acetylene cutting and burning • Rigging experience • Mechanical blueprint reading • Welding experience (CWB - 4GF, mild steel) Educational/Experience Requirements: • HS Diploma or equivalent License/Professional Requirements: • Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic At Vale Inco, we are looking for candidates who meet a specific and unique skill set.
