| Retail Sales Associate Description Position Summary – Retail Sales Ambassadors Direct Sales Force (a division of Pareto Corporation), a leader in Canadian Shopper Marketing is currently looking for Retail Sales Ambassadors to join our dynamic direct sales team. Key Responsibilities: · Demonstrate and sell our client’s telecommunication products inside Retail Store environments · Become a well versed ambassador of the brand, its products & features (a full training session will be provided) · Provide customers with accurate information pertaining to the products and services · Close sales of products and services through your interaction with the shoppers (you will be provided with sales tools, incentives, etc) · Ensure that any and all paperwork is accurately completed · Build and maintain relationships with location managers & associates · Work in partnership with an on-site store employees to complete sales · Notify your manager and the store personnel of your arrival · May assist in the setting up of Kiosk displays · Other duties as required Skills: · Must be passionate about selling · Approachable and able to utilize developed communication skills · Must be assertive and able to approach people · Ability to remain positive and focused when faced with rejections · Goal & Result Oriented · Must be adaptable and a quick learner Qualifications: · At least one year of sales experience with face to face customer interaction · A passion for technology and electronic gadgets · Access to own transportation and willing to travel as required · Retail or Event based sales considered an asset · A desire to be compensated based on your performance · Must be available Thursday & Friday 4pm to 8pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm to 6pm Qualified Candidates may undergo criminal and credit record checks | |
