Wholesale and Retail Butcher - Meat Cutter - 4 positions Cut whole chicken, turkey or rabbit meat into sides and quarters, cut, trim, shape, clean and prepare variety of standard cuts of meat for display cooler, remove bones from meat, grind meats to specific measure for retail sale or wholesale use or for production of variety of fresh and smoked meat products, make special sausages and smoked - cooked meat products, slice smoked and cured - cooked meats, prepare special retail or wholesale. In the process of work use variety of power, mechanical or manual tools and utensils, such as band saw, meat mixers, meat grinders, meat slicers, meat dicers, meat tenderizers, meat stuffers, pneumatic vacuum machines, refrigeration equipment and smokehouse. Oversees ordering and processing of meat for retail and wholesale use, determines price per unit of sale, keep records of quantity & cost of disposed meat products, maintain required level of hygiene & maintain safe work environment.
