| Software Implementation Manager Our client, a major bank located in Downtown Toronto, has an immediate opening for a Portfolio and Cash Management Application Implementation Manager for a three month contract opportunity with potential for fulltime placement. Working directly with end users, you will be coordinating with peers to understand and resolve functionality issues. You will also be expected to apply your several years of experience to adapt quickly and ensure resolutions are executed in a timely manner. In this role, you will be accountable for: business requirements analysis; installation and configuration of Wall Street*E; identification and recommendations of work-arounds to meet client requirements; user training; data migration; test strategies; and change management. A successful candidate will have three or more years of business and systems analyst experience coupled with two or more years of money market experience. Experience with use and configuration of Wall Street *E or similar application is required. You will have three or more years of hands-on implementation / deployment experience along with two or more years of data migration experience. A successful candidate will have three or more years of change management experience. You will also have strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. | |
