Entry-Level Residential Construction Salesperson Entry-Level Residential Construction Salesperson: part-time/full-time, permanent/seasonal shifts available. A successful and growing design/build firm has an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson. Our main focus is working with residential home owners and or high-end custom builder/ developers in the GTA area. Job includes an initial paid sales training course involving a job shadowing with a lead salesperson for 2-3 weeks. Main duties will include meeting with potential clients at their properties, providing designs and proposals, tracking and generating leads, maintaining, organizing and submitting estimate folders, reporting to sales manager and operating out of own vehicle. • Must a have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record and own car • Portray a professional appearance at all times • Punctual • You must have prior success selling high ticket services in a highly competitive market • You must be excellent at finding new opportunities and growing existing accounts and have excellent analytical & problem solving skills, strong closing skills, excellent listening skills and consultative selling skills. • You should be goal oriented and able to work without supervision as part of a team. • Experience in basement finishing or renovating Interested applicants may e-mail their resumes or fax to 905 370-0092.
