| Claims Counsel In House Lawyer Claims Counsel: We are currently seeking a Claims Counsel to join our clients team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle interesting cases in a variety of areas of law. Claims Counsel interact with insured lawyers in investigating, evaluating, and resolving errors and omissions claims against them. They manage these claims in-house or guide external legal counsel and professionals in resolving them. Job Location: Downtown Toronto The ideal candidate should: * be a lawyer with four to five years of litigation experience * have experience working in a fast-paced team environment * possess excellent written and oral communication skills * have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet demanding deadlines * take a proactive approach to their work be keen to develop expertise in many areas of law * make effective use of technology * be licensed to practice law in Ontario | |
