Client Success Coordinator

As a Client Success Coordinator, you will:
• Provide administrative support to the Client Success team via creating reports, maintaining client contact and any additional responsibilities
• Potentially manage and grow small accounts based on performance
• Update client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Coordinate changes to client programs, liasing with different departments across the company
As a Client Success Coordinator, you will:
• Have 1-2 years of related work experience
• Have completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline, or demonstrable and applicable experience
• Have strong communication, interpersonal skills; articulate and creative
• Are fluent in computer applications (MS Work, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems)
• Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientation. You must be flexible/adaptable and have a knack for thinking on your feet to succeed in this role
• Are a pointaholic (you get really excited by getting cool stuff for free with your points)
