Project Officer: Intermediate-level We are currently seeking the expertise of a Project Officer for one of our Federal Government clients. This is an opportunity for someone with excellent organizational abilities to work for a Federal Government department that has a direct impact on ensuring and improving the quality of services provided to all Canadians In order to qualify for this opportunity, you must possess: • Enhanced Reliability security clearance • Outstanding communication abilities in both official languages • Excellent proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Word, Word Pro and Outlook • Proven abilities to excel in positions that require multi-tasking and client interaction • Above-average organizational skills and keen attention to detail Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Coordinating employee office relocations as well as new employee arrivals • Ensuring that office plans are up-to-date • Maintaining the accuracy of distribution lists • Administration of professional development training courses • Ensuring that all employees are outfitted with appropriate communication devices Ultimately, your mandate is to provide the highest quality of customer care throughout the duration of your contract.
