Sales Administrative Coordinator

Our Company is a rapidly growing commercial bakery located in Concord, Ontario, on the fringe of Toronto. We produce premium bakery and grocery products for conventional North American supermarkets and large discount merchandisers. We are dedicated to producing low-cost, premium-quality, tasty, healthier-for-you baked goods. Our emphasis on quality & consistency have made us to grow in the last 5 years and aiming to grow further.
Summary

Reporting to the Food Services Sales Director, as the Food Service Sales Admin Co-ordinator, you will help to support our food services strategy by co-ordinating and managing its sales administrative tasks and assigned projects in a fast paced, time sensitive food manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of various day-to-day Sales administrative activities
• Prepare sales documents for meetings and/or projects (ie. Word documents, powerpoint presentations, reports)
• Liaison with internal departments to ensure sales related tasks/ projects are followed-up and completed in a timely manner
• Liaison with external stakeholders to follow-up on requests and inquiries
• Provide assistance with arrangement of sales meetings, samples and support material.
• Provide administrative support for filing, record keeping, tracking and analysis
• Performs other duties as assigned, by the Food Services Sales Director

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a Sales Co-ordination role required
o Experience in the foods industry highly preferred
• Post secondary education in a relevant field preferred (ie. Business, Sales)
• Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and manage various tasks and initiatives within a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines
• Proven business acumen with ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
• Excellent time management skills with a results oriented approach
• Strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills
• Assertive, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess strong oral and written communication
• Excellent computer sills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
