BENEFITS: Full time position Salary: $60,000 plus commission Benefits RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs. To ensure sales targets are being met and to make adjustments to ensure steady sales growth for the company. Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for coaching, monitoring, motivation and development of Sales Representatives. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Representatives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Representatives sales and activity performance. Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by Sales Representatives. Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses, meet with clients and present our products. Assists Sales Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Recruits, tests and hires Sales Representatives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. Provide leadership and solutions to the sales team and the company as a whole. Insures that all Sales Representatives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes. Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. Sets examples for Sales Representatives in areas of person character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales Representatives to build motivation and selling skills. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. REQUIREMENTS: 5-7 years of experience in sales management. Minimum of 3 years direct management and proven leadership experience. Knowledge of the telecommunications systems Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Willingness to travel Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving skills Effective team building skills Customer service focused Highly motivated and adaptable High energy level Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Valid Driver’s License and access to your own car Anyone interested in this position must submit their C.V. in confidence by email | |
