Technical Support Engineer

Key Skills
• At least 2-3 years experience in software support and maintenance.
• Must have experience in Gretag MasterFlex application software and FotoMe DKS application software.
• Must have experience in application development using J2EE (Servlets,Struts,Spring and Hibernate),JAI,JIGL,JXPM,PMIW,JIU,ImageJ,JMF,X-Pointer,E4X,SVG and PXN8.
• Experience in client facing and customer support skills.
• Degree/diploma level education in a computing related discipline
• Excellent people management skills, able to motivate and develop talent
• Good organization and time management
• Good presentation and people facing skills
Responsibilities
• Reporting to Technical Director.
• Offer service and support to Gretag MasterFlex application integration and FotoMe DKS Software application for esolution4all Clients.
• Manage and deliver all support and maintenance
• Manage implementation and maintenance support team, involve in onsite and remote support when required.
• Coordinate with company outsourcing partners and third party companies.
• Liase with in-house development team.
• Create, manage and promote effective customer relations.
• Contribute to company strategy and delivery of a successful operational plan.
