| Canvasser/Marketer (Thornhill) We are looking for responsible, creative high school, university and college students with strong communication skills to fill part time marketing positions. Creative individuals that have a vision of what they want to get out of this job and are looking for concrete experience of marketing and home decor will be a highly valued asset to this organization. Wages: $8 per successful offer (Average marketer generates 2 leads/hour) Opportunities for bonuses, rewards and advancement. In addition to pay increases and bonuses, there may be opportunities for advancement for the right candidates. As a marketing representative you will have the following duties: - Market in Thornhill neighbourhood (L3T area) - Find homeowners that are interested in a free service of estimates and collecting their contact details - Work 2-4 sessions per week, 2-3 hours per session (flexible times for each session) - Boost morale and support the other marketers working on your team - Regular reporting with your area manager Skills and Competencies Required - Good communication skills - Open to working in a team based environment - Friendly and capable of learning to achieve improvement - Creative in finding ways to improve marketing results - Energetic and flexible with time schedule - Responsible and committed to the job - No marketing experience necessary - in-depth training is provided - Having a vehicle would be a great asset Resumes should be sent ASAP and are held in confidence • Only qualified applicants will be contacted and interviewed Please include all relevant contact information – i.e. home phone, cell phone, email | |
