Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and operation of the warehouse. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible of the following:

 Assignment and coordination of the team’s work; Preparation of weekly schedules;
 Staff development through the company’s performance appraisal process.
 Accurate processing of inbound shipments
 Maintaining a high level of productivity and client service
 Ensure compliance with Company health and safety policy
 Participates actively and voluntarily to on the job training to acquire knowledge of the industry and products;
 Develops and maintains harmonious and honest working relationships with co-workers and promotes general improvement within the company.
Your Profile

 Post-Secondary Degree, or relevant training and work experience will be considered;
 At least 2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in an equivalent work environment;
 Minimum 5 years work experience in a warehouse environment.

 Good Computer Skills (MS environment)
 Demonstrated Leadership and team management skills
 Results oriented with strong organizational skills
 Proven ability to multi task in a time sensitive environment
 Ability to manage priorities
 Excellent communication skills
 Sound judgment
 Good physical condition
 Flexible availability during peak periods and/or the achievement of timelines
 Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (3-5 degrees) for prolonged periods
