Responsibilities: Provide key support to our health care programs in Brampton and Etobicoke Recruit, educate and evaluate health care staff Supervise Nursing staff Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality service to clients Provide direction to administrative operations, including service coordination and scheduling support Foster an engaging and supportive team environment Qualifications: -RN with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario -Excellent oral/written communications skills -Leadership abilities -The willingness to perform on-call duties -Management or supervisory experience in a health care organization -Community nursing experience would be an asset -Some travel within region will be required
