| Network Support Engineer An established IT firm (2001) is seeking a permanent on-site support technician in the West end of Toronto or Mississauga/Oakville/Burlington/Hamilton. Responsibilities will include providing remote and on-site support to clients, maintenance and support of networks and server environments. Development of new service offerings is ongoing and candidates with programming or web design skills are preferred. Must have working knowledge of: - Remote Desktop / Hosted Environments - Microsoft Exchange / Active Directory - Linux and Windows Servers - TCP/IP, Wireless, VoIP, MS/MySQL - Small and medium office routers & switches The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years hands on experience on Windows administration and 2+ years of Linux server support. You must be able to demonstrate skills and working experience on all IT systems. Recent graduates welcome but must demonstrate skill level.
