Human Resources Specialist - Job Classification We are currently seeking the expertise of an experienced Human Resources Consultant, with a specialization in Job Classification, for one of our Federal Government clients. This is a temporary/contract opportunity to work with a department that has a direct impact on ensuring and improving the quality of services provided to all Canadians. As the ideal candidate, you will possess: • Secret security clearance • The ability to speak fluently in both official languages • Extensive experience providing analysis and revision of job classifications for the Federal Government • The ability to provide consultative advice to Senior Management • A thorough understanding of the staffing process for Federal Government Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Analyzing current job descriptions and writing revisions • Developing standardized interview questions • Creating standardized templates for reference checking • Participating in the interview process • Ensuring quality assurance as it relates to documentation If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please forward your resume in Word format with the subject heading "HR Specialist" in your email.
