DIMENSION & SCOPE
This bilingual position (French/English) is responsible for identifying successful candidate sourcing techniques; sourcing quality candidates that meet the hiring managers needs and ensuring the recruiting process is completed in a timely and effective manner.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracks applicable job requisitions, ensuring a job requisition exists for all available open positions.
Conducts campus recruiting, selecting appropriate candidates against current needs.
Interviews, evaluates, and presents qualified to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of interviews
Suggests salary offers, based on documented credentials during the interview process, and submits for approval.
Secures the services of contract employment, following the same procedures as that for regular full-time employment.
Maintains contact with applicant sourcing agencies, securing approval before retaining the services of any sourcing agency
Maintains hiring statistics specifying the various sourcing techniques through candidates are obtained.
Provides weekly status report giving detailed information on the employment activity.
Assists with the development of new and revised general employment procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field; or, three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong working knowledge of Convergys recruiting procedures.
Proven experience in sourcing qualified candidates.
Ability to work with progressive levels of management.
Understands budgetary concerns and be able to meet goals within those guidelines.
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
***Candidates must speak and write French fluently.
