We are currently recruiting a Client Experience Specialist to join our team in Cambridge, ON. This position is an 80% FTE to start. Role and Responsibilities: Acts as a ‘concierge’ for clients, ensuring their interactions with our office are positive and productive Contacts clients for appointments and events Prepares files for client meetings, including reports and required documents Performs general reception duties with attention to detail Greets and welcomes clients in the office Engages with clients in a warm yet professional manner Confirms meeting times Performs ‘post-meeting’ duties, ie. gather all paperwork, book next appointment with clients, etc. Experience: Client service experience necessary; experience in the financial industry an asset High-end retail or hospitality experience an asset Experience working in an environment with multiple stakeholders and disciplines Experience working with Goldmine necessary Experience working with WINFund/WConnect an asset Proven proficiency in all MS Office programs Knowledge of the financial industry, specifically: investments, banking and insurance an asset Education and Training: Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or equivalent or 3 years relevant work experience Skills and Abilities: Client service oriented Organized and detail-oriented Professional and polished demeanor Able to maintain multiple schedules Able to make daily, weekly and longer term priorities in order to prepare Branch Mangers for client meetings Takes initiative and ownership over administrative duties Excellent verbal and written communications skills Application Deadline: 22 January, 2010 Start Date: 1 February, 2010 Please apply by email with a resume and cover letter, attention to Lucio Renna, Director of Operations.
