Fusenet Inc. is an online consulting company that provides R&D, Marketing Services and Customer/Technical Support to a variety of brands from an innovative movie and TV streaming service to a home entertainment set top box. With an increasing number of new clients, our need for customer-focused, smart, creative and polite people who are able to learn quickly and communicate well over email and by phone is growing! Here are some of the strengths and talents we are looking for... • Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner. • Ability to understand and interpret customer's requests and provide technical support to efficiently resolve the issue. • Communicate effectively with internal departments to help resolve user inquiries. • Wake up in the morning, thinking how can I help someone today. We need Service orientated people! • Working in an entrepreneurial and unstructured environment with ease. This is a full time position offering customer support between the hours of 9am-8pm, 7 days a week. Upon completion of the probationary period, we offer full benefits, vacation and a fun and creative environment to work in. Our office is located in Oakville at the QEW and Bronte Rd.
