| Client Service Representative Responsibilities: Provide a high level of service to clients and internal clients Respond to all client service inquiries and related investigation work by following set procedures and utilizing administrative expertise Ensure positive and effective relationships are maintained with clients Act as primary contact for clients’ by researching the problem/issue through interaction with multiple internal clients in order to find the appropriate information and solution Proactively work to correct client issues, and resolve client complaints and concerns - coordinating with other staff and departments as required Work with other team members to ensure a cohesive unit and consistent high level of service; actively participate in the continuous improvement of the business process. Ensure weekly and monthly reports are run for clients as scheduled. Experience submitting Request for Proposals a definite asset Qualifications : Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize under stressful and changing circumstances Ability to maintain a “client perspective” when dealing with clients High level of phone confidence and professionalism. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good problem solving skills with attention to detail Excellent client service negotiation skills Ability to identify workflow, systems and procedural issues and escalate issues appropriately Strong interpersonal skills required for interaction with internal/external clients and team members Proficient with MS office (word, excel) and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems A team player This is a fast-paced, hard-working environment and as a result, candidates must bring forth a proven record of experience If you are interested in and qualify for this full time position please email your: Cover Letter & Resume Attn : Human Resources Thank you in advance for your interest.
