| Sales Coordinator ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing sales Co-coordinator to manage a number of activities in our sales and marketing functions. You will co-ordinate, enhance certain client relationships. This role offers a daily variety of duties and responsibilities. You will be open to "filling in" where required as the company continues to grow and have a “good to go” attitude daily. RESPONSIBILITIES ( but not limited to): - Provides day-to-day administrative support for sales reps in daily requests, sales issues and territory revisions - Qualify and schedule new sales opportunities for sales reps - Follow up sales - Coordinate sales meeting notes and samples - Prepare and coordinate correspondence and mailings - Prepare expense report - Tracking sales data, preparing reports - Helps to build relationships with clients; Develop a Client Satisfaction evaluation and establish processes whereby implementation performance can be evaluated, as well as using the results for marketing and to improve various aspects of client delivery - Assists with the design and placement of any advertising campaigns, including speaking engagements, seminars, presentations, trade shows, exhibits and special event - Develop sales and marketing related literature and any other collateral materials, including presentation, giveaways, brochures, flyers, etc. - Maintaining promotional materials inventory - Maintain the firm-wide marketing calendar and sales pipeline. Research new marketing ideas as they are generated - Coordinate and manage the fulfillment after engagements are closed, ensure client work is scheduled and contracts or systems set up are completed - After new engagements, place follow up calls to client to ascertain if their expectations have been met (if not, write up client’s remarks and address with Firm Administrator) - Provide backup support to the client services team during the absence of the client services reps DUTIES: - Establish contacts - Conduct cold/warm initial calls and schedule potential clients for presentations with sales reps when appropriate - Plan/coordinate/participate meetings, seminars and trade shows - Ensure all required documentation and promotional materials are ready to support projects including agreements, billings, forms, brochures, etc. - Maintain relationship with clients - Manage clients newsletters - Perform competitors analysis - Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; plan and organize promotional presentations; update calendars - Track sales and sale costs; prepare sales reports by collecting, entering, analyzing and summarizing sales, expense, and new business data - Support sales reps by providing sales data, account analyses, relaying customer services requests - Develop schedules and assignments; coordinate mailing lists - Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments - Other duties as assigned SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to understand and explain complex products. Will be interfacing with clients via phone - Strong attention to detail - Outgoing personality - Confident telephone manner - A minimum of 2-3 years in direct marketing or sales administrative - Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business or similar - Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Ability to work independently and provide rapid response - Good problem solving skills - Confident in the use of Microsoft Office tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Microsoft word and Excel) - Work on own initiative with a 'willing to try' approach, along with ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude - Knowledge of IT solutions and B2B sales are desirable but not essential qualities - Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred No agencies please Please note that due to the volume of applications, we regret that we are unable to respond directly to all emails and calls.
