BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/INSIDE SALES SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/INSIDE SALES SUPPORT bdmss Job# 1272-001 THE OPPORTUNITY A stable, established leader in the document management solutions industry helping both private and public sector organizations to manage documents more cost effectively has a long term career opportunity for an individual with solid expertise in developing leads and providing pre and post sales support. This role will be responsible for a range of functions but the main focus will be to help in developing new business by contacting senior executives to generate leads and book, coordinate and follow up on sales appointments. Depending on your abilities the role may also involve putting together proposals based on information provided following sales appointments requiring you to keep your industry knowledge current and relevant to the products & services being offered by the company, and those offered by competitors. COMPENSATION Compensation for this excellent opportunity is salary in the range of $25K to $40K depending on experience and qualifications. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS We are looking for an experienced individual can deal with senior executives in a confident manner and someone who is highly motivated and a true team player. Additionally he or she must possess the following experience and qualifications: - A minimum of 2 years of similar experience - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines - Aptitude for technical matters and strong computer skills including proficiency with Word and Excel Familiarity with contact management software is a definite asset and preference will be given to those who have specific experience with ACT.
