| Sales Supervisor (Toronto) CIM (Consumer Impact Marketing) is the leading provider of third party sales and marketing services. We are currently seeking a strong assertive sales professional to support the initiatives of the National Client Manager. Who can lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to exceed monthly targets. You have your sites set on the future and understand what it takes to represent a Global financial company. Requirements: 1. Post Secondary Education 2. 3-5 years experience in sales ideally with activations 3. Experience managing and leading a sales team 4. Excellent prioritizing/organizational and time Management skills 5. Possess strong work ethic and integrity 6. Strong Communication/Interpersonal skills 7. Client service Driven 8. Ability to Problem Solve and think on your feet 9. Daily Internet access for reporting, product/service updates and communication with CIM management 10. Able to work flexible hours (days, evenings and weekends) 11. Successful candidates will be subject to a full credit and security check Responsibilities: 1. Provide on-going and consistent in-field training and coaching to the sales reps 2. Implementation of field communications, as put forth by the National Client Manager. Communication and motivation including voicemail and conference calls with Sales Representatives. 3. Work in-field with Reps, so as to be able to accurately evaluate current tools, communication practices / procedures, and recommended changes as required. 4. Conduct on-going recruiting of sales representatives, administer all program requirements, inclusive of bi-monthly payroll and expense submissions. 5. Data integrity and accuracy from the field. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of regional team meetings, and / or national meetings Additional Responsibilities: - This role may require limited overnight travel, and / or day travel to evaluate locations, co-ordinate meetings, or attend company functions. - Due to the nature of the role, this role may include part time territory coverage, in the event of a personnel turnover.
