Administrative Assistant (bilingual)


This is an opportunity for an experienced administrative assistant to work under contract with one of our Federal Government department clients. You will have an opportunity to be part of the process of maintaining and enhancing multiculturalism in Canada.

As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in the following:
• Providing administrative support in a fast-paced office environment
• Using SAP – Financial and Material System modules
• Extensive use of Microsoft Office products

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing all correspondence, including determining level of urgency
• Proofreading all outgoing correspondence
• Managing schedules
