Our client is a large successful service oriented organization located in Mississauga that has been a leader in their industry for many years. They are currently seeking the right individual to fulfill the position of Director of Marketing.

The right candidate is a senior person who is looking for a one to two year challenge where they will have the opportunity to leave their stamp of success by being instrumental in the reinventing of the marketing strategy. After which time, the team that they have developed will allow the candidate to reduce their involvement in day to day activities.

The candidate should be:

- "out of the box" visionary with an ability to lead or execute
- Very strategic thinker, analytical
- History of marketing a service, not necessarily a product
- Gaming and/or trade show background a must
- create a culture to empower not overpower
- A team builder that encourages independence and a desire to get to the next level

The appropriate candidate will receive remuneration in excess of $100K+ per annum.
