Role and Responsibilities Create a new base of prospective customers through a relationship-driven approach Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers Screen, interview and test candidates to determine their suitability for current and future positions Search, recruit and staff short and long-term opportunities, often against tight deadlines Assist fellow consultants in delivering top-notch client and candidate service Qualifications and Experience Must Have: Customer Service Sales Nice to have: Recruiting Staffing Industry Sales Education and Certifications Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma This role offers exceptional training, a base salary plus commission, and a high performance team-based environment.
