New Business Development Representative

In this exciting position the New Business Development Representative will be primarily responsible for driving revenues and profitability by identifying, quantifying and closing client sales in new accounts in a designated territory.

The compensation package for this position consists of a base salary, commission and a car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage sales opportunities in the sales process from prospecting to closure
. Support sales through hunter activity via calls and sales strategies
. Increase the opportunity pipeline through targeted campaigns to new accounts
. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services,
competitors’ products and industry trends to leverage success
.
Preferred skills and qualifications:

. Prefer post-secondary education or equivalent with a minimum of 1 plus years of
outside sales experience
. Strong prospecting and negotiating skills
. Experience selling to B2B accounts with proven track record
. In this hunter role, a competitive spirit and strong desire to finish first are essential
. Excellent oral and written communication skills - including great presentation skills
. Strong relationship building skills
. Strong work ethic, self motivated
. Results-oriented and desire for success
