Call Centre Supervisor

Seeking an experienced call centre supervisor to be accountable for maintaining a world class customer contact centre. You must be able to implement strategic plans and coordination of overall call centre operations. Customer service focused professional and the ability to deal with customers and employees in a respectful manner.

Candidates applying for this position must have the following knowledge, skills and qualifications:
• 3-5 years management / supervisory experience
• 1-2 years experience in a call centre or retail establishment with understanding capacity planning
• 1-2 years leadership experience
• 1-2 years experience in analyzing data and suggest recommendations
• Fluent in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Successful problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• MS Word & Excel
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Organized and must be able to multi task.
