| Bilingual Customer Service Representatives ”AMAZING” Up and Coming Opportunities with some of Toronto’s Leading Organizations!!!! If you are Bilingual French and English please keep reading!!! Our client is looking for outstanding Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both French and English. Candidates must have a proven track record working as a Bilingual Call Agent, Customer Care Representative or Technical Support Agent. Superior listening skills will be key to your success. You can navigate a call ensuring prompt and courteous delivery. Successful candidates will be part of a Dynamic team for a leading Canadian organization. Qualifications for this role include : - Minimum 1-2 years call center experience pending position you are applying for - Fluent in French/English (Verbal/Written) - College or University degree or equivalent work related experience - Flexible to work shifts which may include evenings or weekends and holidays.
