THE OPPORTUNITY Based out of the company’s Mississauga office the Jr. Sales/Lead Development Representative provides sales prospecting/lead development and research support primarily using the telephone and internet. COMPENSATION A competitive compensation package which includes base salary plus bonus opportunities providing for income in the $40K+ range in the first year plus exceptional opportunities for growth in both responsibility and income thereafter. QUALIFICATIONS/KEY REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably dealing directly with promotion or brand marketing related solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
