| Charity Ambassadors NOW HIRING - Inspiring Fundraisers World Vision is a Christian, humanitarian relief and development organization working to alleviate poverty in over 90 countries around the globe. This summer we are offering an exciting opportunity where you can make a difference in the lives of children around the world! Come be part of a passionate team whose mission is to promote child sponsorship for our 2009 Summer Mall Campaign at Devonshire Mall from the 30th of May until the 21st of June 2009. Who are we looking for? World Vision is seeking outgoing, sales-oriented individuals who can represent World Vision in a responsible and professional way to raise funds via one-to-one conversations in a mall setting. Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for our cause is essential. What makes a Fabulous Fundraiser? Do you like people? Do you have plenty of stamina and heaps of energy? Are you friendly, possess terrific communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment? Are you self-motivated, competitive and goal oriented? If you have a sales background and were always a top performer or, you have worked in promotions and enjoy striking up a conversation with a perfect stranger than we are interested in having you on our fundraising team. What will you gain from being Mall Fundraiser? As well as an excellent rate of pay you will have travel and promotion opportunities. You will also receive paid training plus the opportunity to help make a life changing difference to a child and their community. Campaign Details: This is a short, 3 week contract position starting on May 30th running until June 21st. Earn $17.00/hour up to 40 hours a week.
