Keener Program Assistant Coordinator The Keener Program is a youth leadership development program with a focus on advanced freestyle kayaking. As Assistant Coordinator you must have extensive white water kayak competitive and instructional experience. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, supervising instructors and students and providing leadership and kayak training and instruction. This is a seasonal full-time position starting in June. A strong whitewater instruction background is essential in a variety of areas including creeking, river-running, freestyle and competition. A strong instruction background of at least 3 years is also required. You must be able to lead a group, make decisions and plan activities. Videography and video editing abilities are also required.
