| Mechanical Estimator (Plumbing & HVAC) Experience/Skills required: Minimum of 5 years experience with technical training in Plumbing & HVAC. Must be able to read drawings. Must be able to speak Italian. Duties: Responsibilities include utilizing take-offs procedures from A to Z for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sites. Pricing of quotes - prepare estimates of labor, material costs, general expenses and overheads. Estimating is on piping, not just duct work. Make recommendations to senior management. Salary range: $50,000-$80,000 (depending on experience). | |
